Hey new friend! I could give you a list of my qualifications (and trust me, I will if you keep reading!) but the truth of it is... I'm honestly just like you.

I'm a busy wife and mom who has battled my weight, confidence, and self-image for YEARS.

I struggled with a binge eating disorder and was overweight for a large part of my life. I didn't have a clue about how to safely lose weight. In my mind, dieting was about starvation and endless cardio; neither of which sounded appealing, though honestly I tried just about everything. Yet nothing ever worked, and if I did see results, they weren't sustainable. Meaning I'd end up gaining back the weight I had lost, often more.

I would have small successes, but then quickly fall back into old habits; creating a yo-yo effect with my efforts, results, and mindset.

Until I woke up one day and decided I'd had enough. I was tired of trying only to fail again, and exhausted from looking in the mirror and hating what I saw and more importantly, hating how I felt.

I slowly started to learn how to exercise and eat healthy (the right way), and was able to lose 75 lbs and keep those pounds off for over 15 years. Even after my pregnancy.



I also have an Autoimmune Disease called Eosinophilic Esophagitis, which is basically a fancy way of saying my body likes to attack certain trigger foods. This makes nutrition especially important to me.

I've taken everything I've learned through trial and error (and a lot of education), and made a career out of it.

I'm an AFPA Certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant, Certified Autoimmune Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Gut Nutrition Specialist, Certified Sports Nutritionist, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and American Council on Exercise Behavior Change Specialist. I also am a Licensed Registered Nurse, and in my spare time (ha) I'm a creative entrepreneur.

I'm also living proof that it CAN be done, that you're never too old, or too lost - to change your life. It all boils down to tuning out the noise and focus on YOU. Your goals, your body... and making simple, yet sustainable changes along the way.

That's it. That's my million dollar secret sauce to success.
